Description
When the movements of the mind come to rest, the person rests in their true essence.
The Deep Rest (60 minutes) is a conscious pause from the constant overload of daily life. An hour in which you allow your nervous system to let go and find balance again.
The practice combines a talk with impulses and thoughts from yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama, as well as one or two very gentle / restorative asanas that help you sit comfortably or, after the meditation, completely let go and sink into deep relaxation.
The goal of The Deep Rest is to,
Dive deeper into yoga philosophy
Make meditation understandable and accessible
Develop a regular meditation practice
Regulate your nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system
Consciously counter the mental and emotional overload of daily life with relaxation
This session helps you enter deep, nourishing relaxation – ideal for transitioning into a calm evening or heading straight to bed afterward.
